OFFICIAL TERMS OF THE 1975 TICKET REQUEST PROGRAM
A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF PURCHASING TICKETS. ALL ELIGIBLE REGISTRANT’S REQUESTS WILL BE PROCESSED USING RANDOM SELECTION. REGISTRATION DOES NOT A GUARANTEE TICKETS.

- NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES FOR ANY REASON, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO

- SELECTING A DATE YOU ARE UNABLE TO ATTEND.
Eligibility: The 1975 Ticket Request program ("Program") is open only to natural persons who are at least thirteen (13) years of age at the time of registration and are eligible to register for a Ticketmaster account at ticketmaster.com. You may be able to access and register for the Program from outside of the United States, but the Program is subject to all applicable U.S. federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. Some of the Program’s activities may only be available to residents of the United States and/or Canada (except Quebec). Ticket brokers, employees of Ticketmaster and Ticketstoday (collectively “Program Entities”), and The 1975 (“Artist”) their representatives (collectively with Artist, “Artist Entities”), and their respective parent, subsidiary and affiliate companies, and each of their employees, agents, and suppliers, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible to participate. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a registrant, the authorized account holder of the account will be deemed to be the registrant. Ticketmaster may request any potential recipient to provide proof that such person is a recipient. All potential recipients are subject to verification before any registrant selection or ticket processing or ticket confirmation will be provided. Participation constitutes your full and unconditional agreement to these Program Terms and Ticketmaster or Ticketstoday's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Program. Registrant selection and ticket request processing is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein and is not guaranteed.
Timing: The Program registration begins at 10:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on July 10, 2019 and ends at 10:00 PM Eastern Time on July 13, 2019, or once all tickets in the Program have been purchased, whichever comes first (“Program Period”).
Requests will be processed by July 16, 2019. Ticketmaster's clock is the official time keeping device of the Program.
How To Register: During the Registration Period, follow these steps:
- Go to the Program registration page located at http://the1975.shop.ticketstoday.com and log into your Ticketmaster.com account. If you do not already have a Ticketmaster account, you may create an account for free.
- Next, complete the Program registration form, including selecting the date(s) and seat options, and the number of tickets you are requesting.
- Next, you will be directed to Ticketstoday.com to provide your name and complete billing information, including your valid credit card details.You must provide your billing information during registration to participate in this Program. Upon successful registration, an authorization of either $0.00 or $1.00 will be sent to your bank to ensure your card is valid. This authorization will be reversed once validated (reversal time is dependent on the credit card issuer). This authorization does not mean that you will be granted tickets.
If you register via a mobile device, you may be charged text and data rates for text messages according to the terms in your wireless calling plan. Text messaging and wireless service are not available in all areas.
For all registrants: You are eligible to submit up to one (1) Program registration during the Registration Period, regardless of method or combination of methods of registration or number of registrations submitted, for a total of up to four (4) tickets per show, although no more than four (4) tickets will be processed per registrant. Registration does not guarantee purchase of tickets. Multiple registrants are not permitted to share the same email address, registration, or other relevant account. Any attempt by you to obtain more than the stated number of registrations by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void your registration and you may be disqualified. Use of any automated technology or system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Any automated receipt (such as one confirming delivery of text message or e-mail) does not constitute proof of actual receipt by Ticketmaster of your registration. Program Entities are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected registrations, which will be disqualified. All registrations become the property of the Program Entities and none will be acknowledged or returned.
Program Notification and Ticket Purchase Confirmation: You will be subject to Ticketmaster’s verification system. Ticketstoday will randomly process ticket requests submitted by eligible registrants. If selected, tickets will be charged to the credit card provided at time of registration under this Program. You will then receive a confirmation email before the end of day on July 16, 2019 with details and instructions about the event date. A maximum of four (4) tickets per verified registrant will be processed. Any additional orders will be automatically cancelled without any notification. You may not sell, assign or otherwise transfer any tickets you purchase to any other person or entity.
Ticketmaster decisions as to the administration and operation of the Program and the selection of registrants, in its sole discretion, are final and binding in all matters related to the Program. Program Entities reserve the right to disqualify you and may refuse to process your request if you are deemed to be ineligible or have violated any rule, gained unfair advantage in participating in the Program or obtained recipient status using fraudulent means.
Errors and Unauthorized Activity: Program Entities are not responsible: (1) for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by you, printing errors, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Program; (2) for technical and/or communications malfunctions, errors or failures of any kind; (3) for unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Program; (4) for technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Program, including registration processing; (5) for any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from your participation in the Program or receipt or use or misuse of any ticket confirmation; or (6) if the Program cannot take place or if any ticket cannot be provided due to acts of war, natural disasters, weather or acts of terrorism, or other conditions outside Program Entities’ control. Program Entities reserve the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Program, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Program Entities’ reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Program, as determined by Program Entities in their sole discretion. Program Entities reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify you if it suspects or finds you to be tampering with the registration process or the operation of the Program or to be acting in violation of these Program Terms. Any attempt by you to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Program may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Program Entities reserve the right to seek damages from you to the fullest extent permitted by law. Program Entities’ failure to enforce any term of these Program Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
Release: By participating in the Program, you (a) release Program Entities, Artist Entities and any promotion partners, and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, assigns, agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders, and employees, from any and all liability for any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising in connection with the Program, including the unauthorized or illegal access to personally identifiable or sensitive data, or acceptance, possession, use, misuse or nonuse of the ticket confirmation that may be provided to you; and (b) acknowledge that the foregoing parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to a ticket confirmation or tickets, including without limitation the quality or availability.
Disputes: As a condition of participating in the Program, you agree that: a) under no circumstances will you be permitted to obtain awards for, and you hereby waive all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses; b) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Program or the ticket confirmation provided, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively by arbitration pursuant to the Rules of the American Arbitration Association, then effective; and c) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred and in no event shall you be entitled to receive attorneys' fees or other legal costs. Ticketstoday reserves the right to modify ticket confirmation distribution procedures. The Program and these Program Terms, and the validity, construction, performance, and enforcement thereof, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of California.
